What is Group Personal Training?
Group Personal Training is for women and men of ALL fitness levels and ages. You will receive 1 on 1 attention while working out and staying motivated with other people. Workouts are designed to improve your physical fitness, lean and tone your body, and improve your overall health. Each session includes Cardiovascular Exercise, Resistance/Weight Training, Core, Balance, Posture and Stretching. Sessions are led by nationally certified fitness professionals to ensure that proper form and results are achieved. You will be inspired, motivated, and held accountable in a fun and supportive environment.
What is a Stretch Session?
Stretch is exactly like it sounds. We S-t-r-e-t-c-h-! We will focus on Dynamic stretching, Satic Stretching and Assisted / PNF Stretching. Flexibility prevents injuries and is extremely important, especially as we get older. Our stretch sessions will help you take the time to stretch your entire body. It is amazing how stretching makes every day activities easier and reduces pain in your low back and joints. It is also critical in order to improve sports performance such as golf or baseball. Every week you will notice a huge difference in your flexibility and range of motion. We promise your body will thank you for it!

What days and times can I attend Group Sessions?
Group training sessions are held Monday through Saturday every week. We offer a range of times in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings that are available for you to sign up for. You choose what days and times you want to work out and have the option to switch them each week, if necessary, to accommodate your schedule.
What do I Need to bring:
- Workout towel
- Water
- You should wear running/walking shoes and comfortable clothes to perspire in.
How much does Group Training cost?
We currently offer a variety of different options to fit every budget. Check out the prices located on our SCHEDULE page for specific prices on group training. One on One Personal training sessions can also be purchased if you would rather not work out in a group setting. All sessions include resistance/weight training, cardio, flexibility, Balance and Posture for the lowest prices in Scottsdale!
